Mood currently offers shipping to the UK, Europe, USA and Canada. For international orders to countries outside of those listed, please contact us via email or Instagram messages and we will try to accommodate your order.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Items are shipped via Royal Mail.

We offer standard shipping within the UK for £4.99.

Express 48 hour service must be placed before 1pm and costs £12. By choosing this option, you will receive your order within 48 hours.

Shipping costs for orders in Europe outside of the UK are £10, with an additional fee of £3 per item, and takes 5-7 days.

Shipping costs for orders to USA and Canada are £20, with an additional fee of £5 per item, and takes 6-8 days.

Shipping to locations outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to local customs tax/charges. These charges are not included in the shipping costs and are the responsibility of the buyer.

We will exchange or refund non sale items provided the item is returned to us in the same unworn, unwashed condition within 14 days of the buyer receiving it.

If there is a scent of perfume or a mark on the item due to makeup or deodorant from trying on the item, the return will be refused and the item will be returned to you.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the returns procedures have not been followed.

Please email us at moodonline@outlook.com with your order number and which item you would like to return/exchange. You will then receive a reply usually within 48 hours with further details on how to return/exchange the item.

Please note all shipping costs are incurred by the buyer. Mood will not reimburse the cost of return shipping.

The item is also your responsibility until it is returned to us. We therefore recommend returned items to be sent in a form of recorded delivery. We will not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
